At NEUTS, your satisfaction is important to us. To ensure transparency and product safety, we follow an Open Package Policy for all perfume orders.

Open Package Policy

  • When your order arrives, you may open the package and try the perfume while the courier is still present.

  • If you are not satisfied, you may return the package immediately to the courier at the time of delivery.

  • Once the package is returned to the courier, the order will be canceled, and no charges will apply.

No Refunds or Exchanges After Delivery Is Accepted

  • If you accept the order and the courier leaves, the sale becomes final.

  • After accepting the product, no refunds, returns, or exchanges are permitted for any reason.

  • This policy is in place due to hygiene, safety, and product integrity standards for fragrances.

Damaged or Wrong Product

  • In the rare case you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours with clear photos.

  • We will review the case and provide a suitable resolution
